Managing your payment methods on Near Dukaan is simple and secure! Here’s how you can add, update, or remove your payment options.
For Store Owners (Sellers)
1. How Payments Are Received
- All customer payments are collected via Razorpay on behalf of Near Dukaan.
- After deducting the platform commission (if applicable), your earnings are transferred to your registered Bank Account automatically.
- ✅ You don’t have to manually manage each payment — Razorpay automates it!
How Customer Payments Work
When a customer places an order, payment is collected by Near Dukaan securely via Razorpay.
Your earnings (after commission deduction, if any) are shown in your Vendor Dashboard > Balance.
3. Payment Settlement Timeline
- Payments are usually settled within T+1 to T+2 working days after the order is marked “Completed”.
- You will receive email/SMS notifications when payout happens.
Vendor Payout System on Near Dukaan
1. Withdrawal Eligibility
After an order is marked Completed, the related earnings are held for 7 days (to handle possible returns/refunds).
After 7 days, the balance becomes available for withdrawal.
✅ Example:
If an order is completed on 1st April, the withdrawal option becomes available on current date.
2. Withdrawal Conditions
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹50.
Vendors can request a withdrawal anytime after their balance becomes eligible.
Withdrawals will be processed through bank transfer.
3. How to Withdraw Money
Login to your Vendor Dashboard.
Go to Withdraw > Request Withdrawal.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw (must be ₹50 or more).
Submit your request.
✅ Once approved, funds will be transferred to your registered bank account.
Payment Settlement Timeline
Action Timeline Customer places order Payment collected immediately. Order marked “Completed” Earnings added to vendor balance. Weekly payout processed Every [insert day: Monday/Friday]. Amount received in bank 1–2 working days after payout initiated.
For Customers (Buyers)
1. How to Add a Payment Method
You don’t need to pre-add payment methods separately.
At checkout, you can choose from available payment options:
UPI
Debit/Credit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets
Payment securely processes your payment at the time of placing the order.
✅ Tip: You can save your debit/credit cards or UPI for faster checkout.
2. How Payment Works at Checkout
When you place an order, you are redirected to a secure payment page.
You choose your preferred payment method.
After successful payment, your order is confirmed instantly.
🚨 Note:
We do not store your card, UPI, or wallet information on Near Dukaan servers — all payment details are handled by secure payment mode.
3. Managing Saved Payment Info
If you have saved a card or UPI with Razorpay earlier, Razorpay may offer you faster checkout.
To update or remove saved cards/UPI, manage it through your Razorpay account (if applicable).
Important Notes
Always double-check your bank details to avoid payout failures.
If your bank account changes, update it immediately in your Payment Settings.
