What if my order is damaged?

At NearDukaan.in, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we are here to assist you. Here's what you should do:

1. Report Damaged Items Immediately

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via our customer support email or by phone. Make sure to provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.

2. Photographs for Verification

To process your claim, we may ask you to provide clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. This will help us verify the damage and assist in the resolution process.

3. Replacement or Refund

If your order is confirmed to be damaged, we will offer you a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

4. Return of Damaged Item

In some cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before processing your refund or replacement. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no additional cost.

5. Exemptions

We are unable to process claims for damages caused by improper handling or use after the item has been delivered.
